"I had some concrete work done a couple years ago, replacing the entire length of sidewalk in front of my house including the cover over the water main, the driveway, and some front walkway. The concrete still looks good and these guys did it right."

"Schyler arrived at the appointed time explained the the process and how the equipment worked. After he finished he walked me through the completed work. He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost."

"Patrick is detail oriented, professional and kind. He is knowledgeable in his craft and has great mentor group to back him up. His work is clean and he keeps the jobsite very organized. I knew I was working with a professional the moment he showed up. I would highly recommend him. He did an epoxy garage floor coating for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. "

"Perfect! Robert and his helper were faced with a yard that had not had any attention in many months and we are getting ready to put house on market so had to have things cleaned up and made to look good to prospective buyers. they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the months of accumulated weeds and debris and i have used them on a regular basis for years because i know they will always do a great job. Can't praise their work enough. You will not be disappointed!"

"Todd came out and looked over the hot tub level situation and checked the level.  He explained how the concrete leveling process worked.  On the day to level, the hot tub had been removed and the new one was waiting.  Todd and his assistant, Stan, drilled a few holes in the slab and pumped in grout, re-leveling the slab.  The hot tub is in our backyard and down a hill and required about 80 feet of hose to pump the grout, so not an easy job.  Overall the new tub is much more level than the old tub previously was.  One corner that was most out of level actually had a void underneath that Todd could detect while he was drilling.  They patched the holes in the slab and they blend in well. <br />"

"When Todd first started breaking up the packed gravel driveway, he hit and pierced the main gas line. It was only 6 inches below the surface (should have been a couple feet). I wasn't home but Todd responded quickly, shut off the breaker box (to eliminate the possibility of explosion) and contacted the fire department. Once that drama was over, the rest of the drain and concrete work went smoothly. <br /> <br />"

"There are a lot of options when it comes to treating a concrete floor, and it was confusing to us about which way to go.  Jake explained the pros and cons of all our options in a way that made clear what would best suit our needs - we went with polishing and staining.  My husband and I  were having trouble choosing an exact color for the floor, so Jake ended up mixing a couple of colors, creating a new color that we are super happy with.   We were in a serious time crunch - the floor had to be finished before the carpenter, who was leaving on a 2 week vacation, could rebuild the stairs that had been taken out.  Jake and his crew bent over backwards to finish our floor in time for the stairs to get built, even though it meant putting in some very long days.  The floor is beautiful, and we love it!  Jake was reliable and very responsive to our needs.  My husband and I highly recommend him."

"I had a big project done in Sept 2018 with a new retaining wall and driveway done. I can't say enough good things about the crew that did the work for me. Rick McCutcheon came out several times to review the details of the project and price before getting started, he was sensitive to my needs and my budget. He understood this was a big project and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with the plan, he was great. Dave Stratton was the foreman and was professional all the way & wonderful to work with. Brandon Yetter built a wall that was beautiful and artistic & he was so hard working and Darbonz was in charge of the driveway also extremely hard working and did a beautiful job--there were others on the team as well--everyone professional and considerate. Everyone was easily accessible and my calls were answered promptly. I loved working with all of them & would highly recommend them to do your concrete work, they take pride in what they do and are reasonable priced, a great team of professionals."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Dundee, OR

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
