"Amazing! The exterior siding replacement turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because of the flammable materials Billy found underneath the old cedar siding. As soon as he made the discovery, he shared his concerns about leaving the old wrap on the house and discussed viable options with us. The change added time and labor to the job, but they quickly rescheduled the next job and made sure to complete all of our work before moving on. The kitchen/bath remodel was floor & countertop replacement and cabinet painting. Billy did a wonderful job, keeping both the kitchen and bathrooms as functional as possible during the process. He double checked all incoming products, catching poor workmanship on one of the countertops and rejecting them on our behalf at the store. "Hector contacted me immediately and provided an quote over the phone. We agreed on a date and price, Hector and his team worked for about 4 to 5 hrs to clean the gutters, pressure wash the house, clean the windows on the inside/outside, and the clean the dryer vent. Upon cleaning of the dryer vent, Hector discovered that the vent run was dislodged and had plastic sleeving installed to complete the turn to the vent. Hector informed me of this situation and helped secure the proper parts to properly fix the vent and reduce any potential safety hazards, The 33 windows are sparkling clean and look great inside and outside!!! The pressure wash removed a lot of the mildred and the house looks like it was freshly painted. I would recommend hiring Hector for these services."
