"I contacted this company and they got back to me very quickly. The problem was not with them, it was the fact that my husband had already called another company so I had to tell True Comfort not to come out. By the way, it was a holiday weekend and they called me back at 8:30 in the morning. When the other company did not show, I called True Comfort back but they were booked. The guy we spoke to gave my husband some advice over the phone and it was spot on. We were able to fix the problem on our own. That is what I consider EXCELLENT customer service."
