"I scheduled the service for a Sat morning which was convenient.  They arrived about 10 minutes early which was good for me.   <br /> I had one shingle that was cupping and they fixed that.  I had some new bath fan vents that were installed a couple months ago.  They noticed that they weren't sealed very well so they added some sealant to those.   <br /> I had this old ugly antenna on the roof and I asked them about taking it down.  He removed it for no extra charge and sealed up the 4 holes that it left behind.   <br /> They took pictures of everything and showed me all the pictures at the end.  My roof is 18 years old and I was expecting them to maybe try and sell me a new one, but they didn't and just told me the roof was fine and I should get a few more years out of it.  That  was nice to hear.  <br /> I was very happy with the visit.  Going up on the roof isn't something I'm interested in doing. <br />"
