After looking at the chimney he took pictures of the problem areas so that we were aware of what the actual problem looked like. He then went to work. After completion he showed us pictures of the repaired area and explained everything that was done. Scott was very professional and able to answer our questions. He installed new mortar in affected areas and sealed it. He also sealed cracks in the chimney crown. Bone Dry is coming again for another job...an acid wash treatment and a water repellent on chimney chases. They did our roof several years ago and always do an excellent job getting"
