"I called to get a third estimate on replacing my residential boiler. I was looking at replacing it because other contractors had advised that the cost of repairs was too high; repairing a 20 ye old boiler didn’t make economic sense. Gilles sent Justin over the next day, so very quick service. Justin gave me a ballpark price to replace it, which was more in line with what I thought was fair. He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."

"I recently had Comfair Heat and AC install a new furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was timely, professional, and incredibly friendly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the process, and completed the installation efficiently without cutting any corners. Their pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of their work truly stands out. The new furnace runs perfectly, and the difference in comfort is noticeable already. Overall, Comfair delivered fantastic service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or AC work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future."

"I had been chasing an issue with our AC for about a week. Changing filters, cleaning the condenser, changed out the capacitor.. nothing worked so I feared I was in for a huge bill or full replacement. I put in a request for a repair and Shane got back to me within 5 minutes to get some details and schedule next day AM to have them come take a look. It took Ray, their tech, about 30 seconds to diagnose the issue and he got right on it. He had us up and running in under 30 minutes with a bill that was extremely reasonable. Absolutely recommend Pacific Air."

"We have been using Plumbing Tree for all of our plumbing, air conditioning, & heating service since we found him 2 years ago. Kieth may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for. He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet!"

"Excellent customer service. Louis checked out my entire furnace to see if it could be repaired. It was not repairable with the over heating and over voltage on so many parts. He offered me 3 excellent payment plans so I replaced both the furnace and AC. Shakeir and Harold did an amazing job installing the units and getting heat back in my house while adding a new nest thermostat. Excellent job well done! This industry has a lot of entitled white men estimating and they treated me horribly. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that treats you like the amazing person you are and does an excellent job. Thank you Aether!"

"Nate was knowledgeable, professional and kind! He explained the process, took care of our HVAC tune up and provided excellent customer service- five out of five stars! We are planning to hire them for additional services in the future ."
