"It seemed like a straightforward repair/replace tile project but when the broken tiles were removed it was discovered that moisture damage was present. He removed the damaged materials and replaced them and then proceeded to replace the tiles. While he was there he re-grouted the other existing tile to ensure they would not cause future damage. Very Professional, polite, competent, and well worth the cost. Thank you!"

"Their price was good, not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. Adrian was great at getting back to me and scheduling. The part I was most unsatisfied with was his and his crews professionalism and quality of work. The first day when his crew showed up to take old tile out they left drops of white water down my stairs. Now, they did clean that up, but only after I mentioned it later. They used foul language, left garbage in my garbage, and played loud music. This is partially my fault since I was not home during that portion and my teenagers after school were working on homework, but didn't feel comfortable saying anything. In regards to the garbage, it wouldn't be so bad except the small can became full. When working in the master bathroom they left grout all over the handrail, let a ton of grout go down the drain and it dried. The window surrounding the shower in my bathroom was clearly not wiped down after they were done with their work. They broke a tile on a spot they were not even working. They tried to deny that they broke it, but did end up fixing it. I had to have Adrian come back twice to fix sloppy work on the grout. There was air bubbles and missing grout entirely. After we paid him, I noticed outside the bathroom window was this red substance all on the outside of the window, down the outside of my house. To top it off they ruined the boxes of tiles as they were opening them and opened unnecessary boxes, therefore making it impossible to return unused tiles. Now, I take responsibility for this next part, but I made an assumption that the expert would let me know if I needed to do something. Aidan never told me I should have picked out new hardware before he put the tiles on and now we can't update them since it only fits certain kinds. I would not hire this company again, especially if you are wanting high quality work. Maybe if you have a rental."

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"We have never cleaned the roof on our house. We bought it in 2009. I wasn't so much afraid of whether the company would do a good job of cleaning the roof, but more anxious about the potential mess from all that moss. Let's just say these guys did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. I saw all the crud that came down the roof when they were doing all that power-washing. They cleaned up after themselves and needless to say, I will be a returning customer."

"They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"

"Joe arrived on time and did a wonderful job on the carpet. I reviewed it when I got there and discovered an area along the wall that didn't seem too clean. Joe came back out and redid the whole carpet, he also apologized, never complained, and wouldn't take any more money for the job he re-did. Excellent service and communication.
