"I arranged to hire Eric to repair the insect and water damaged foundation under the front porch of our 100 year old, historic home in Olympia. He agreed to do the work, but was not available for a few months. He was very clear about his schedule and when he could start and kept exactly to that schedule over time. There was not rush and we wanted someone we trusted and did not need the work done quickly. In the meantime he was extremely supportive, came up with problem solving ideas and suggestions, visiting our house at least twice to see and discuss the job, and answered a number of texts and emails about the proposed project. He put a number of hours into preparing to do the work. I have not worked with a trades person as fair and friendly and helpful as Eric. I will call him again if the needs arise and regret we could not work together. I would trust him with any project based on our experience. He came to us very highly recommended by a local high end cabinet maker. It dealing with him, I kept thinking this is too good to be true, but he never let us down."
