"Highly recommended. He rescued me after a different electrician totally screwed up the rough-in then disappeared. He dealt with all the problems he found for a very reasonable price, then finished the job completely."

"I called Hackett Electric to have an outlet installed on my roof for heat tape. Scott showed up that same day and did an excellent job on a very challenging project, which involved climbing a tall ladder and wiring a new outlet in a tight space. He also installed a new switch from the inside of the house and did a neat and careful job. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to work with him and Hackett Electric again."

"On time, did the job for less than the other offer I had recieved. Both electrician were very pleasant and informative. I needed lights install and outlets installed. Cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Found and replaced a broken electrical switch."

"Guys came in and were very clean and efficient, everything went really smooth and finished on time with a great review from the inspector"

"They were quick and affective. Very polite and knowledgeable."

"Bill Mazowski (Owner) is one of the more inspiring professionals and individuals I've recently encountered.  He solved my problem, along with several others, of which I would have remained oblivious.  And he only charged me the flat rate that was quoted on the website.  I would recommend Ben Franklin to anyone seeking quality service with an honorable owner.  Thanks!
