"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

"My experience was far above par! All round repair & more were very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my home. Not only that but they responded immediately and were able to help me the same day! They got my drain lines back to normal and even better than how they used to be! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their slow drains repaired!!!"

"Excellent work! I am very please with the job (replaced 2 exterior doors). I will definitely hire Mr. Alberto again."

"It went well. Erik Young and his supervisor James Mullis gave us a great price on all that needed to be done. The installer Carlos and his crew were polite, helpful, and on time. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I know that these plumbers can be on the pricey side, but the quality work and warranties are worth every penny. Great customer service."

"The owner performed the work on a Sunday which is unheard of and he replaced my old well pump and plumbing. I contacted three companies before Patriot Pump & Well Repair LLC , I highly recommend them to take care of all your well issues. You won’t regret it.."

"Good, prompt service. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Would recommend to others. I researched the A O Smith brand of the water heater on the Internet & it appears to be good quality. This is the only thing I am not completely sure of, but am willing to trust them on it."

"Had a new water heater installed, they have to pull out & replace an old solar water heater, They were very professional & very punctual."

"Because the part was under warranty, I didn't have to pay anything. He installed the water treatment system around 3 years ago and he's always been availabe to answer any questions and come out for servicing whenever I need. He's very knowledgeable about well water, which is what I'm currently on. I'd highly recommend his services.  "
