"Donnie came all the way to Kent late. We had a water line break that flooded out front yard and our crawl spaces. Our sump pump had quit working. He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. Donnie said it was the most difficult repair he had ever run across, but they got the job done and we couldn't have been happier. He even helped us figure out the on line financing and never complained. We would highly recommend Jet City Plumbing and have already told others with plumbing problems, to get in touch with them. "Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"Good price, work seems well done. Only 4 stars because we had settled on a particular heater, but he messed up and got a different heater (less efficient). He did call and admit that and gave me option to reschedule, he could order the other one. "
