The installation seems very professional and they did it faster than I had expected, and at a lower cost than quoted. While they did inform me that they had removed some clog material from the old pipe, it was within 1 week following the job that my bathtub drain was completely stopped up. I hired Roto Rooter to clear the drain and they said that I should have had a clean-out line put in while the new piping was being installed. American Tech did not inform me of that so I took one star off for that omission."

"They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."
