Mr. Ray's pricing estimate was higher than several other companies who provided estimates for my project. As a result, I did not hire him to do the work. However, he did provide a no-cost estimate. Not all HVAC companies do that. He also explained to me the benefits of a zoned HVAC system, and left a very nice brochure showing the benefits of that. I may be looking into getting that done in the future."
