"We bought a new dishwasher and had paid to have it installed by the store we bought it from. When they delivered it the guy said they couldn't install it because we didn't have some cut off valve. I didn't know what he was talking about since we currently had a working dishwasher and had no problem with it. Anyway he wouldn't install it without the cut off valve. I called Ken Tyler and he had a man out within an hour to install the valve. No waiting for days or weeks, He came right out. As he has done every time no matter how busy he has been, he has always made the time to show up and help us with our plumbing needs.

But that is just for regular work, I guess we do have to pay them for the maintenance service. We trust them to do the work; they have been out here several times. They do a good job. Our overall experience with them is great."
