"Spectacular. The agent that called me was very helpful in getting an appointment set up and the installer arrived before the window I was given and finished both jobs in less than 30 min."

"Sierra Vista Glass is the best! They really helped me out with a mirror I needed and gave me top notch excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They are now definitely our go-to place for all our glass related needs and we will highly recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you SV Glass! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We called to get an estimate around July 22nd, and they said they would send a guy out on Tuesday July 28th.  We didn't see anyone come by on the fourth, but on the 30th someone came by and said that the person that did the measurements on the 28th had lost the measurements so they needed to do them again.  So, they took the measurements again, and we were told that we would get a call later that day with an estimate.  We didn't get a call, so the next day I called and they gave me an estimate of $248 (which was a about $20 less than Jones Paint & Glass), so I agreed to schedule it.  When it was scheduled, they said that the windows would be in sometime the next week and that they would have someone install them on Friday, August 7th.  Well, August 7th came and went and we didn't see or hear from them at all.  A few more days passed without any updates, and on the 13th I gave them a call to see what was up. The person I talked with didn't know about the status, but said that someone else would give me a call back as soon as she was off the phone with another customer.  I expected the call to be within about 15 minutes or so, but it came more than an hour later.  On that call, the person said that they had just barely got the windows in, and would I like to schedule it for the next day?  I said yes.  The next day I called around noon to ask when the installers would be at my home, and the person I talked with didn't know and couldn't look it up because the person in charge of schedules was at lunch.  But, they said that they would call the installers and ask them to call me directly.  So my wife and I headed out to lunch and about an hour later (while we were still out for lunch) we got a call; not from the installers, but from someone at the office saying that the installers were now at my home and that they couldn't install the windows without someone being there to let them in.  Luckily we had left the doors unlocked, and I told them to go ahead and go in without us being home.  We got home 30 minutes later and the new windows were in and the installers were gone. <br /> So, overall, communication from this company could be dramatically improved (especially when they aren't going to show up for their schedule appointment).   But, the price was decent, and the work was performed.  I would use them again, but I would go into it knowing that communication will probably be an issue. <br />"

"Daniel was great to work with. This was a complex job requiring a lot of work to remove an old metal free-standing wood burning fireplace and install a new built-in wood burning fireplace. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. He is one of those rare salespeople that know what they are talking about and make the best recommendations based on the customers interest in mind. He is also someone that is true to his word and follows through with the agreed upon work to get it done right. Their team was punctual and professional. The fireplace looks great and we are very happy to have worked with this company."

"Everything went well.  We worked together as the project moved along and we saw changes to be made.  The plumber and the electrician both found problems left behind by the builder and fixed them.  We created not just bathrooms but visual statements.  Trying to work with colors is always a chore but we made trips to the business and Scott made trips here to be sure everything would go together.  Vanities were custom-designed to add much-needed storage that vanities don't typically have.  Skilled workers completed various phases of the project.  They were each very nice, answered questions, and asked for our input along the way.  At all times we had one functioning bathroom.  The project took a bit longer than expected, however, everything was done before the holidays except a couple of small items that were finished on January 2.  Although stressful at times because the unexpected popped up, we would call upon Scott who never disappointed because he made things happen. We would work with Sierra Remodeling again and recommend them highly for their knowledgeable, friendly personnel who pay attention to details and respect the homeowners.  Although the price may seem a bit high -- we once again have quality work and materials -- exactly what we wanted and the rooms are beautiful.  Thanks to all for the miracles they performed! <br />"

"We called their 800 number, they made an appointment for the following week. Two people arrived on time. One worked inside the other outside. They moved whatever furniture necessary and replaced it and they were done in less than an hour. We have approx. 20 windows and a patio door."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Eagar, AZ

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
