He was very thorough in showing me the problems with both the furnace and the air conditioning unit. After discussion and quotes on cost, we have a workman coming tomorrow to repair it all. I am so impressed by the quick responses and action I have been given. Dominique was friendly and easy to talk with. He even took care of a DEAD MOUSE for me...now that's real service!"

He did spend time pushing the annual service plan - pay regular monthly fee and receive 4 free evaluations each year. This did take up longer than I would have liked. I purchased this through Angie's List and it did take over a month before they could service my furnace."
