"Excellantly! The crew was out getting anticipated materials before getting to my place, and they arrived promptly at 8:00 am. They worked like machines, having all three doors roughed in before a late, short lunch break. They completed the installation by 6:00 pm, and paid close attention to all details. All the caulking was carefully done, all nail holes were filled in and all the garbage was picked up and hauled away. The doors look fantastic. If I knew about Renovations Unlimited, I would have done this year's ago. Needless to say, the young men arrived on time, worked hard, and were polite and courteous. The fee was less than I anticipated, and was completed in less time than other estimates. I will certainly hire them again. <br>"

"Dave And David do extremely beautiful work. They always gives me better than I imagined possible. My new fireplace is lovely. The bathroom is gorgeous. (Dave met me at Lowe’s to pick out everything for the bathroom). They built a custom shelf to utilize the 4” behind the pantry door - they used darling beadboard for the back of the shelf. It’s unbelievably cute. I can’t recommend Jensen Construction enough."

"Nathaniel was very nice and catered to every household need that I wanted fixed.  All of my fixtures were original (from 1970s) and I needed all of my replacements to be cost-friendly and generic. He was able to quote part prices ranging from generic to higher quality and picked up all the necessary materials.  I gave him the authority to make decisions on the parts to purchase, and he did well!- the vanity that he purchased was an inch smaller than the one that I originally had, but he made accomdations that made it turn out great.  Nathaniel gave me a free estimate AND made all repairs in just 2 days. "The serviceman arrived on time, and professional. He diagnosed the electrial issue quickly, reparied the main home circuit breaker. <br /> After the repair the electrician showed me the old circuit breaker, and discovered that it was burnt on one half. Now I feel confident there will not be a fire from the old breaker."

They quoted me a price, and when there was too much snow on the roof, and they were unable to clean the skylights, they reduced the price of the service to reflect the fact that they weren't able to clean the outside of the skylights. "We did not use Restoration Painting for our exterior painting project because his estimate was $2100-$3500 higher than the other estimates we recieved (4 total estimates) . The cost difference could not be explained by the preparation of the house, number of coats, painting technique (spray and back rolled each coat) , quality of paint or primer used or the incidental repairs we discussed. We liked Steve, but just couldn't use him for that cost when there were other painters offering a similiar quality service for less. <br /> I had a conversation with another highly recommended local painter who was familiar with my house and he said a house my size and condition is typically in the +/-$6000 range. I would have hired that guy, but he didn't respond to my phone message requesting an estimate (he had accidently deleted the message and realized it later when he was cleaning out the deleted messages on his phone, which is when he called me to apoloigize for not responding to my message). <br /> I suppose we should have called Steve and asked him to clarify why his estimate was so high. Maybe he would have revised it or given a good explanation about what he was offering that was worh that much more money. Somehow I think he is charging more based on his reputation, but I can't afford to pay that much extra money just for a name. <br /> The painter I did hire was competent (although a little bit of a a stress queen and difficult to deal with personality). Now my house has a good coat of paint on it that will protect it and last for several years. <br />"

He works hard and has always found inventive ways to deal with problems that came up during the jobs he has performed for us. A+.
