"Steve put in 2 brand new windows where there were no window before. He was professional and did a quality job. I couldnâ t be happier with his I work. He also installed 2 skylights for me at my previous home about 15 years ago and did a great job then too. That is why I chose him again. Very pleased with his work and would keep him in mind for any other projects in the future."

"Great customer service from initial phone contact to visit for quote to installation. Willing to replace broken glazed glass window that no one, other than Pella, would even talk to me about. And Pella stated the entire window, sash, exterior framing had to be replaced. B&K replaced only the window for about 1/6th the cost. Very professional on quoting and installation. Cleaned up meticulously after finishing installation. Would higher recommend them to anyone."

"Windows still need to be fixed ! Frustrating ! Still waiting on them to replace windows! Paid a lot of money and already having trouble"

"We highly recommend Empire Home Remodeling. They replaced all the windows in our home. Outstanding product and customer service. Professional and personable from start to finish. They showed up on time, as promised, and replaced all 20 windows over the course of 2 days. We couldn't be happier! Our new windows are not only the most energy-efficient on the market, but gorgeous as well!"

"Outstanding! Very good at helping me understand the foundation problems and scope of the job. Gave me a detailed bid that was in plain English so that I could understand and ask questions. The work was begun and done in the time frame stated and finished on time. The best bid for price (and I did seek other bids), and also a 20 year warranty. My husband, who understands these kinds of projects but was out of town, became available after the project was about half done and was very pleased with the work. Thus, having undertaken this necessary project myself, it turn out that I picked the best of the best to carry it out despite my lack of experience which was made up for by the Renew Basement Foundation professionals' education that they provided as I searched for a reliable contractor. Absolute integrity in every respect. From my stand point as a novice home foundation repair customer I felt confident, and from my husband's stand point where he did understand the scope of the project, all work was flawless. I absolutely recommend Renew and if I would ever need such service again, they are the only people I would consider. Also important to note, Renew noticed other problems that I had not identified, and they helped me to solve, such as a problem with the chimney. They knew someone who could fix it and did not charge extra for that work. It was as though they were looking after my best interest without my asking or in this case without my realizing the need. Again, when my husband arrived after the work was underway, he was completely impressed with the great care and attention to detail since he was aware of the chimney problem (although I wasn't). I don't think you will find a better contractor anywhere."

"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."

"Empire Home Remodeling just completed the installation of all 13 windows on my 1960s ranch home. I am SO very pleased with the end result of this project and the fantastic people from Empire that I had the pleasure of working with. From sales through installation everyone met my expectations and then some. I was treated with courtesy and respect, things were explained to me and followed through and I feel I have an beautiful set of new windows for a very fair price. I will definitely use Empire again in the future for other home projects!"

"Window concepts did a great job. The original company that supplies their windows went out of business, so they had to pivot to a new company to fill our order. That put us back about 2 months from our original timeline but very happy with final outcome."

"We bought a house that had a DIY "New Roof". Elite has helped us fix many of the errors with the roof. They always diagnose the problem and fix it for a very fair price. This particular time they fixed our ridge vent which was not installed properly."
