They gave me multiple options for repair or replacement and explain the pros and cons of both scenarios. We went with the more expensive option of replacing the pipe as the new material used will not leak and therefore, we should never need this work completed again; if the pipe were repaired, it could leak in another section."

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"After a plumber told me that the cause of leaking pipe was pinholes caused by very acidic water I called several companies. I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."

"The company arrived on time, though the plumber was not the same as who provided the estimate; as such, we walked around the house so I could show him what work needed to get done. When we got to the bathroom, he asked if the other plumber had removed the access panel to see that the pipe was iron. He stated that the repairs could not be made to the iron pipe and that it would need to be replaced for an additional $285 on top of the estimate. I wasn't happy with that, but knowing that the repairs needed to get done, I gave my consent to move ahead with the repairs. The plumber (who never did introduce himself until I asked him as he was leaving) worked professionally and neatly. He cleaned up the areas though he did leave the water buckets in the basement, which I had to dump (not a big deal). There were no other surprise charges so the final price was the estimate plus the $285. The company did quality work, though their pricing is higher than I'd prefer."
