"I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. "Our son hired this company to finish his basement a few years ago and was so pleased with their work he hired them to
demolish an existing back porch and construct a large 3-season room on the back of his house.  As he expected, the work
was done in a timely manner and the room is beautiful and very well constructed.  These guys are excellent finish carpenters.
My husband was a carpenter in his younger days and if anyone is critical of workmanship, he is the one!  He may one day
hire this company to do some work for us.  All of us would highly recommend Neil and his brother for any job you may want
done.  I'm sure our son would be very proud to show his two rooms to any of you who might be looking for a experienced and

"David met with my husband and I to see what our plans were for our basement. He was very patient as both my husband and I had our own ideas still. He gave us options and a rough estimate with in 3 days of our first meeting.  As David and his crew started to reconstruction of our basement some of our needs changed. After the living area was constructed we decided to add a wet bar, which turned out beautiful. The spare bedrooms and extra bathroom turned out amazing. We added a Jacuzzi tub ( that was something I really wanted) and the tile work was detailed and flawless, as was the rest of the laminate flooring they laid. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with David and his crew.  I would highly recommend them for any size project. What we thought we wanted some what changed along the way and he was very patient and accommodating. I definitely feel that the price was fair and we couldn't be happier with our new remodel. Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. It has been 2 weeks since the new roofs and we haven't seen even one stray nail left behind (and they did a complete tear down to both buildings, right down to the wood). "Kevin Goering was very personable and professional. He did a great job of explaining the process and I and two of my neighbors chose his company to do the work. (Let me also state that he is about the only company that I found that offered a timely and reasonable bid.) Now that said, the work took about 2 days. By the time they were finished I had no yard left in that area with 2 large, extremely large, mounds of dirt left where they had back filled the holes they had dug to push through the PVC line. This was expected to a certain degree. It was just much larger than expected. I will say that the work done to run the sump line was excellent, but the digging and backfilling of the holes was lacking. It has been 8 months and I still have one mound that still needs flattening. I have tried everything but driving the car over it to get it down.
