"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. "The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Crew of 3 worked individually and together over several weeks to accomplish all facets of project.    At least 1 of them was here over the final 3 or 4 day period and they were very thorough.    Gas line work excellent, too.   Fan in upstairs bathroom super quiet.     Just now getting to heavy weather and furnace seems great.    The house is definitely more 'airtight' now.    Haven't needed the ac much yet.

Pool heater (not installed by Berry) needs fixing in spring, perhaps because more gas to unit required an adjustment which will be accomplished next season.

Crew skillfully installed replacement siding to cover spot from which outdoor ac unit was removed.
