"They did an excellent job. It just wasn't that long really. They weren't really wanting to do exactly what we needed to have done so we added another aspect to the project which allowed them to do everything that we needed them to do plus. Clean up was very good. There were 2 people."

"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Crew of 3 worked individually and together over several weeks to accomplish all facets of project.    At least 1 of them was here over the final 3 or 4 day period and they were very thorough.    Gas line work excellent, too.   Fan in upstairs bathroom super quiet.     Just now getting to heavy weather and furnace seems great.    The house is definitely more 'airtight' now.    Haven't needed the ac much yet.

Pool heater (not installed by Berry) needs fixing in spring, perhaps because more gas to unit required an adjustment which will be accomplished next season.

Crew skillfully installed replacement siding to cover spot from which outdoor ac unit was removed.
