They said it was going to take a day and a half or two days and they finished in a day. We were worried about the rain and so he fit us in as soon as he could. Josh came in and was very informative and well knowledged. He just looked around the area and told us exactly what we needed. He just focused on the job and showed us what was needed. He had the right tools so he gave us a demonstration which really helped us understand what was going on. The guys came in and we felt like they rushed through. There was some damage to the wall, I'm not complaining about that, it might have been just the way they had to get to the wall. The work is guaranteed for the life of the house and it is transferable, so that is a very good thing. My husband and I tried to finish the basement and we had another torrential rain and there was water in the basement. I called Josh and his guys came over and they found another crack in the wall and fixed it with no questions asked. It wasn't something that I was expecting. They just came out and cut the wall out and found a crack in the foundation and repaired it. Then they said, let's just wait for another rain and see if there are other problems. They are working with us. They have the best price out of the other 3 contractors that we had come in. There may have been some miscommunication because we thought that the pipe running away from the house would be 30 feet and it is only about half of that."
