"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Barbara graciously took a look at the leak when she came by to give us an estimate for a whole house water filter install. We called her back a week later to fix the leak. Barbara showed up on time and was up front about how she planned to fix the problem, any additional costs should the planned approach didn't work, and other alternatives. She was able to fix the leak in 30 mins and we no longer have to worry about water behind the walls."

"Chris replaced gas water heater, re-plumbed washing machine discharge, replaced all sink water supply valves and hoses in home and apartment. "Jerry has the plumbing expertise anyone would love to hire . He shows up as expected, in a very timely manner, He works very professionally,, explains the details of his job in a manner that that one can easily understand, very clean & tidy that I did not do any cleaning at all after he completed the job. He is highly skilled in what he was doing which was installing/ replacing my leaking water heater. Above all, he is very kind & respectful with great communication & interpersonal skills."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."
