"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"Our expansion tank blew off the hot water tank on a Friday night. We had to turn off the water to the house to prevent flooding. We contacted Bucci Plumbing's emergency service. They coudn't send anyone until Saturday morning. Our plumber arrived early, calling ahead to make sure we were available, and swiftly viewed the problem. He left to get parts and returned quickly, In about an hour he had removed the old tank, fixed the bad job done by a previous installer, and has a new tank properly installed. We have used Bucci for many years now, and None of their repairs has ever broken, caused problems for other contractors, or given us any cause to worry."

"We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. "Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.

I called him once, I’ll call him again, and I highly recommend him to you. The water heater died around 4 pm on a freezing January afternoon. Of course, I turned to Angie’s List where I found Calhoun Plumbing & Heating, which is in my zip code. Upon calling the number listed, I got voice mail, left a message, and Lloyd Calhoun returned the call in less than 30 minutes. It was already late in the business day and, if Lloyd had offered me a next day appointment, I would have been thrilled. But Lloyd came over that evening, after finishing his scheduled clients, to give me a FREE estimate. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I had a lot of them. The old water heater was paid for by the previous owner’s appliance insurance when I purchased the house. Being a naïve, first-time home owner, I hadn’t a clue what to look for in a water heater and was at the mercy of the plumbing company contracted by the previous owner’s policy. The company unnecessarily installed a power-vent water heater (which costs roughly $200-$300 more per unit than a direct vent model) in spite of the fact that the original water heater was located adjacent to a chimney, and there already existed a hole in the chimney to accommodate the vent pipe. Lloyd actually listened to me (!), confirmed my suspicions that the more expensive, power-vent model was NOT necessary, and gave me good information on features and pricing for direct vent models. Right there, Lloyd saved me $300. I’d been researching water heaters for months, had at least 3 plumbers out to the house for an estimate, and Lloyd Calhoun was the only plumber who was honest enough to sell me the less expensive, direct-vent water heater. The next evening Lloyd was back with a nice Rheem unit that fit the specs. Installation went off without a hitch. They carried the old unit out to the curb. (It was gone before the garbage truck made rounds the next morning.) The basement work area was swept and tidy when they left. What more can you ask for?"

Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!"
