"I can not speak highly enough of Alex, Dimitry, and David. They are artists who do an amazing job and charge a very fair price. We have a 1754 house, so nothing is simple. We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished. Maybe someday we will put period flooring in, but for now, we just wanted the floor that we have to match the renovation. They blew us away with their quality and attention to detail. "Peter Mountzoures of all trades I really like utilizing the service of Peter because he is one of the few contractors that I felt confident in performing the work on my late parents’ home without me following up right away. "My initial window install (21 windows) had mixed results. 20 windows were installed on day one. 7 of these windows needed to be adjusted on day two (I noticed the problems not the installer). The installers were very friendly and corrected the issues. The wrapping of the external sills was also inconsistent. Wrapping not tacked, cut incorrectly therefore sloping towards the window and lack of caulking. The painters took care of the lack of caulking. I fixed the tacking issues. That being said, I was very happy with Larry's work this past Monday on fixing the first floor bathroom window and for re-cutting the wrapping on the front window that was slopping back into the house. He did an excellent job. Larry clearly articulated the problems and corrected them. I think it would be great if Larry's attention to detail could be passed onto the team that installed my windows. Larry is a great asset for your company."

"We hired BJ after getting a ridiculous quote from a large retailer. His quote was reasonable and was very clear about what needed to be done to ensure that the install was correct.He installed a large amount of tile, grout and also the backsplash. He was very meticulous about everything and ensured that the prep, materials and specs on the tile were appropriate for the job. His communication with us was excellent during the pricing and throughout all phases of the job and he helped with ensuring that we purchased the proper grout. Additionally, the install was done in a very timely fashion which helped immensely.I would definitely use him again for another tile job in our house and would highly recommend him to anyone."

Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow
