"Contractor Recommendation: Norfolk County Heating & Cooling Our 1895 refurbished Victorian's 3rd-floor mini split unit needed repair. Leaking lines were replaced. A chemical reaction between the copper line and wrapped insulation caused pinhole leaks in the line set. Manufacturers recalled that the warranty had expired and the unit was cooling poorly. Four contractors were contacted for estimates. Owner Patrick and project supervisor Renato excelled. They quickly listened and explained the problem, process challenges, and possible solutions. The price given was accurate and a fraction of the others I received. That worried me until it became clear the other contractors had quoted outrageous pricesâ either their company was understaffed and didn't want the small project or thought the customer was ignorant. The other contractors pressured us to upgrade from line replacement to system overhaul. One refused to provide an itemized breakdown of the FIVE times Norfolk H&C estimate but continued contacting me to finalize the sale without changing the price or explanation. Renato visited the day before the appointment to take additional photographs and check his materials. On replacement/installation day, Renato and his assistant were punctual and polite, knocked and asked permission before entering the property, and were great to our small dog. They avoided disturbing a newly planted lawn and cleaned the house and area. Renato showed me the finished project, how he installed it, what he replaced, and its system testing. I highly recommend Norfolk County Heating & Cooling for any HVAC projectâ one of our most remarkable home contracting experiences."

Our experience comes from years of working on small and large equipment for other businesses. Handling all of the business components of HVAC. Understanding how to save customers the most on budget. Licensed and Insured, been licensed for 10 years no hiccups in service industry for 16years. Specials Show up fee is waived on calls over $500. $75 maintenance special, maintenance per equipment Includes 1 filter, excludes special filters (1) Wash Condenser coil, tighten all electrical connections, inspect compressor Contactor for pitting. $75 show up fee $115 hr plus cost of parts on repairs. Installs will be quoted based off of same guidelines, itemizations will be listed for appropriation. Additional parts not included (contactors etc) We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work.
