"Peter and his crew were great. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to the house to walk through the lead report and work that needed to be done with me. He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."

"I signed a $3,500 annual contract with SavATree in Lincoln to keep my lawn healthy and rich. They did the exact opposite. My lawn turned into a sand pit full of weeds. Their treatment cards said the lawn was ?great,? but it was clear there were major issues. When I reached out, I was told there was a fungus and that fixing it would cost extra, even though I was already paying thousands for a full-service lawn treatment program. It got so bad that I had to hire another landscaper to reseed and fertilize just to undo the damage. SavATree then came and dumped more fertilizer on top, completely over-treating the lawn. When I asked why they would knowingly do that, I was told they were just following the plan for the year, even if it was harmful. I hired them to take better care of my lawn. Instead, they made it worse and cost me even more money to fix. Stay away if you care about your lawn."

She coordinated the custom making of the window trim with Shelley for the half moon window. She arrived for the estimate visit when she said and also for the actual trim repair. I am thoroughly pleased with her work and that of her associate, Charlie. When finished, they left the place so clean, you wouldn’t even know that they were working here. "Phil and Doug were wonderful to work with- very responsive, professional, and answered all of my questions. We replaced a regular window in our home with a 7 foot bay window, which is beautiful and we absolutely love it. My one complaint was that a hole in the wall underneath the window was left following the installation, as well as some cracks, which were patched with a foamy substance but not a proper smooth plaster repair job that could be painted. We had to take care of that repair ourselves. Otherwise, my experience was very positive."
