"As someone building a second home in Vt., everything needed to be done from a 235 mile distance. This can feel a little scary. My experience w/ Joe was Outstanding!!! Joe approaches all his tasks whether it be contract work or time & material work w/ the same set of ethics. Get it done in a timely fashion, be fair, communicate clearly, take regular pics, send via text for approval or comment, & offer advice through his experience as a seasoned builder. If you are lucky enough to work w/ Joe, enjoy the experience, your in good hands. Bill Giglio from Ct."

"The Team Approach offered by C Michael Exteriors is second to none and provided my husband and I with the confidence that our bathroom remodel would be done professionally and completed in one day. From Dana our sales person who came to our home for an initial site visit, to Chauncy who came to review the measurements before placing the order for our new walk-in shower and Toto toilet, to our installation team of Darren, Joe and Will, the entire process was easy. seamless and highly professional. They delivered and did everything they said they would do and more. When Darren, Joe and Will arrived at our home at 8:30 a.m. they went right to work, taking care to remove paintings, cover hardwood floors and protect the original sink and vanity before they began demolition of our tub/shower combination and toilet. Darren told me that the three of them would treat our home as if it were their own and they certainly did! The three of them were the most cheerful, pleasant, polite, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable installers we have ever worked with, and it was a pleasure having them in our home. They left the bathroom spotless and sparkling and looking like a million bucks. We highly recommend the C. Michael Exterior Team!"

"Stephen, first came to clean my gutters and then I asked him what, if anything, could be done to fix the gutters to prevent the clogging from happening in the future. He suggested some repitching of the gutters, a few leak repairs and the installation of shur Flo gutter guards. I asked about a few other items that had been suggested to me over the years by other contractors and instead of simply trying to upsell me on something that didn't make sense, he saved me a ton of money through honestly going through the options and explaining the most effective solution for my situation. I then researched the shur Flo product and found it to be of extremely high quality. The installation went smoothly, Stephen showed up on time, walked me through the install and patiently answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend 1st Choice General Contracting to friends and family and have already passed this information on to my parents who need gutter work done as well. Thank you Stephen for your honesty and professionalism!"
