"JP Works responded immediately to our request for an estimate. Dave did the preliminary inspection and estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jim did a second inspection of our house and provided additional information about the work to be done. Jim and Victor did the installation of a new oil-burning furnace and central air-conditioning unit, as well as removing and disposing the old furnace and duct work. It was a professional job from start to finish. We were amazed at the amount of work that needed to be done, but Jim and Victor made it seem effortless. We are so grateful to finally have the central air-conditioning, just in time for the recent heat wave! We hired JP Works based on numerous positive online reviews and we were not disappointed. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I needed a new ductless heating/AC system, and Horizon Services was not the cheapest of the quotes I got but they stood behind their work with a 5-year warranty on both parts AND labor, which nobody else offered. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them."

"We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."
