"Max Construction exceeded our expectations. He came into our home and advised us on what we needed to be repaired. We recently bought a home where the cabinet under the sink was completely rotted and molded as well as the wall behind it. He provided us with a clear and precise work order and the estimate was extremely fair and within our budget. We had other contractors come in that provided high estimates and wanted to use cheap material but not Max Construction. He used high end wood and installed the lazy Susan with a cabinet trash recycle bin pull out with soft close hinges. My wife was super satisfied and you all know a happy wife is a happy life. "I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

The well water consultant came out for a no charge water analysis and consultation, she reviewed the whole install with me prior to the technicians coming and answered all of my questions. The install went flawless the technicians explained how the system is maintained and what each unit was, they even returned 2 weeks later to retest the water and make sure that the system did everything that they promised (which it did). Great company with great staff! I am so happy with the quality of my well water now."

"The work is still in progress. They gave me a $500 Angie's List membership coupon. They honored that and that helped a lot. They finished the job. They said it was going to take a day and a half or two days and they finished in a day. We were worried about the rain and so he fit us in as soon as he could. Josh came in and was very informative and well knowledged. He just looked around the area and told us exactly what we needed. He just focused on the job and showed us what was needed. He had the right tools so he gave us a demonstration which really helped us understand what was going on. The guys came in and we felt like they rushed through. There was some damage to the wall, I'm not complaining about that, it might have been just the way they had to get to the wall. The work is guaranteed for the life of the house and it is transferable, so that is a very good thing. My husband and I tried to finish the basement and we had another torrential rain and there was water in the basement. I called Josh and his guys came over and they found another crack in the wall and fixed it with no questions asked. It wasn't something that I was expecting. They just came out and cut the wall out and found a crack in the foundation and repaired it. Then they said, let's just wait for another rain and see if there are other problems. They are working with us. They have the best price out of the other 3 contractors that we had come in. There may have been some miscommunication because we thought that the pipe running away from the house would be 30 feet and it is only about half of that."
