"The problem was not fixed because the part to be replaced is not available anywhere. Bob, the technician, recommended to wait at least three months hoping that the replacement part will be available by then. Other than that, Bob is very respectful person, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Maria, who you talked to when you call, even on a Sunday, is the best example of a great customer service. She will call you before the scheduled service and after the service is done as a follow up to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. We definitely recommend AML SERVICE to all who needs their appliance repaired."

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance. Set up a date/time. Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem. Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available. That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance! Quick and tidy service. Thanks!

"Alrick Bonner did a great job installing our fans for a reasonable price. Was polite and took time to explain things. Definittely knows his stuff.He was patient enough to wait while I went back to the store to exchange the downrod for the correct size. Tried his best to install the family room fan without cutting my ceiling but did the patch up himself so I did not have to worry about finding another person. Did a pretty good job of patching but was not 100%. I would still recommend Alrick to family and friends."

"Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

"The, technician, Miguel, showed on time and was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my fuse box and Miguel was able to fix the problem. There was only a $97 fee for the work provided. Miguel noticed that that my system needed maintenance and provided me with a maintenance contract for a year which was the bet solution for my system. I'm very happy with their service and I will definitely use this company again for their excellent customer service and I highly recommend UMC.
