"Wow, they just left and I am so beyond impressed with everything, from start to finish. Adam helped with our estimate and was a pleasure to work with. He came next day for our estimate and from there, went above and beyond to answer every single question and concern of mine, he was fair in his pricing, very timely in his responses and even remembered the layout of our home when I called a month later. They were even able to schedule the job next day due to the inclement weather. Jim and Matt arrived early and were so courteous and pleasant to work with (they were even extremely considerate of my infant's nap schedule). We had them install two new outlets for ac's and electronics and they had to snake the wires in impossible places. Jim listened to every single one of my concerns and came up with excellent solutions and they left everything in better condition than they found it. "I received a call on Monday morning concerning the work I needed completed. Tuesday morning two young men showed up who were very professional and very nice. They changed the light fixture in my half bathroom as well as the light switch and one outlet.They were very accommodating and completed the job quickly, accurately, and now it looks fantastic. "Called JDM from an Angie's list posting on a Saturday and got John immediately on the phone (A+ for responsiveness). Told him what seemed to be the matter and he came by to see what the trouble was, en route home on a day off might I add. He took a look around, took off the breaker box covers and gave me a sense of what the troubles might be and said he'd squeeze me in on Monday morning to troubleshoot and find/fix the problem. Again, A+ for showing up. He called Monday morning first thing to confirm he was heading over with his crew - yet another A+ in my book!! John came with Marcus and Felix....very nice guys!!!! I showed them the breaker box, the various outlets/rooms that were effected and they went to work. Troubleshot the problem almost immediately as a faulty breaker but they checked some of the outlets/switch boxes all the same to ensure all was safe. They changed out the breaker and were done within 40 minutes of having arrived. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism and most of all, honesty. To that last point, they could've easily stretched out the call for a few hours and looked in every nook and cranny just to run up the clock and hourly charges but they didn't, they figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
