"Called JDM from an Angie's list posting on a Saturday and got John immediately on the phone (A+ for responsiveness). Told him what seemed to be the matter and he came by to see what the trouble was, en route home on a day off might I add. He took a look around, took off the breaker box covers and gave me a sense of what the troubles might be and said he'd squeeze me in on Monday morning to troubleshoot and find/fix the problem. Again, A+ for showing up. He called Monday morning first thing to confirm he was heading over with his crew - yet another A+ in my book!! John came with Marcus and Felix....very nice guys!!!! I showed them the breaker box, the various outlets/rooms that were effected and they went to work. Troubleshot the problem almost immediately as a faulty breaker but they checked some of the outlets/switch boxes all the same to ensure all was safe. They changed out the breaker and were done within 40 minutes of having arrived. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism and most of all, honesty. To that last point, they could've easily stretched out the call for a few hours and looked in every nook and cranny just to run up the clock and hourly charges but they didn't, they figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
