"Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. "There was a power outage at my mother's place during a heat wave this week. I called in G & R Electrical Contractors, Inc (GRECI) to inspect the power, and was told it was a power line problem from outside the house. GRECI advised that we would have a faster response if we had them make the call to Con Edison. However, we we're not told that it was a power problem that affected the entire block, which I learned on calling Con ED myself, when asking for an update. Con Edison would have resolved it with or without the call from GRECI. The total bill was $650, of which over $350 was for an unneeded phone call. My mother is elderly and has mobility issues and I was concerned for her to be absent light and power, which GRECI took full advantage of, in addition to offering to ground an area of the house for another $1500 and a power makeshift while waiting for restoration for additional monies, which she wisely declined. I will never understand the desire to take advantage of the elderly."
