Unlike others, who gave astronomic estimate without even looking . Their estimates didn’t include repair/replacement work that had to be done on the flex duct. All repairs were completed on time and based on my availability. The quality of work was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"

"Chuck was called in in March 2013 to take over a job that had been started and not completed. Mold was still in our house and we needed to find someone to help us. He required mold tests done before he took the job. That was done by an Industrial Hygienist  <br /> and then he got started. We just had our Chase home inspector give the go ahead to move in with all rebuild completed and an AAA+ rating. We are so happy. We hope everyone reads this and if you live in THE PALATKA  area he will do you right. He does carpet and drapery cleaning as that is and was his primary business when he started. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice. <br />"
