Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in East Rockaway, NY

"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"Chris was great to work with. Patient, polite and knowledgeable. Replacement of two faucets went well. Will use again."

"I was very fortunate to find the right person to do the right job and would recommend Reliable Plumbing in a heartbeat 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"It’s hard to find a good reliable HVAC company in NYC when you have your small business and not get scammed or overcharged. I have been dealing with Premier for a couple of years now and all I can say that those guys are the right fit for me. They always on time, fixing my units or performing maintenance, always nice and polite. I really like to deal with them and hope to continue our relationships in future."

"Jim was amazing... he got back to me right away ... He came and installed a new hot water heater the next day. Came in cheaper than a lot of local people and did a great job"

"I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. They have replaced my hot water heater and boiler. First Randy is extremely knowledgeable so I had complete contract job would be done right. Second I felt that Randy was very fair in the pricing so did not feel I was being taken advantage of. I recommend him without reservation"

"Benitez Plumbing did an outstanding job on my oil hot water heater. The workers who came were professional neat and clean. Pricing for the work was very fair, I highly recommend this company to hire. I will continue using them going forward. What a great find in this company."

"Ackeno did an excellent job. Replaced a leaking valve to an outdoor faucet. I'd hire again."
