When I first spoke with Mike by phone I felt that he was super up front and honest with me about everything, including price. It was nice that I could call or text. I had multiple refrigerated pieces of equipment that needed to be looked at. After first contact he came the following day right on time at 9am as agreed. He had no issues with the different problems on the units and worked fast. He was able to fix all the issues I had. He also tested a few units to make sure they were getting cold just being nice. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
