"Our sales consultant Rob Culbertson with Pella in McMurray Pa is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rob is very affable and personable. Both my husband and I enjoyed doing business with Rob. Also, the installers were wonderful. John K and his entire crew were professional, extremely courteous and very hard working. All of the installers were invested in our complete satisfaction with their work. We are now enjoying our windows and patio sliding glass door."

"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"Danny's is under new owner since March 2026. Justin provided best of 3 estimates. Two story older home with high peak and old tin under composite roofing. Replaced with architectural asphalt shingles. Team leader Julio and his crew were clearly well-experienced. Arrived on time and worked hard for two days. Cleanup was superb. Highly recommend. "

"Purchased storage shed with 1/2 down and remainder upon delivery. The actual shed itself is fine; the design, materials and construction quality are all acceptable. <br /> However, the overall experience was not good. Beware that this is not one company. It is more like a franchise operation of independent contractors. One person sells it, another person does the site prep, another person does delivery and none of these people are employees of Ohio Outdoor Structures. <br /> First, the sales person (Michael). He called me repeatedly (the word and quot;houndedand quot; comes to mind) to put money down on the unit. As explained to him, this project was dependent on obtaining a building permit, so nothing was happening until that step was done. In the meantime, Michael recommended another person to do the site prep. Bad move. After speaking with this other person to review the job site and make an estimate, it was clear that he had never built a post and beam support system. No way was I going to be his on the job training. Had another company build it. <br /> Secondly, the delivery person. This is yet another independent contractor. Had trouble getting him to return my calls and finally got a delivery date committment from Michael (Sales). Another bad move. Found out later, the Sales person was making committments for the delivery guy that the delivery person wasn't aware of. Right hand / left hand thing going on. <br /> Overall, very unprofessional outfit. If you're willing to put up with the nonsense of multiple contractors where no one takes responsibility, have at it. You might get a shed, but I wouldn't recommend it. Too many other good pre-built structures out there. <br />"

"In January we had a chimney break that brought soot into the house. To locate the problem in January the fire department and an electrician had to cut into the drywall in a couple of different places. Then the contractor who did the repairs to the chimney cut a large square hole into the ceiling to make the needed repairs to the chimney. The original contractor would not return my phone calls about repairing the holes in the drywall so I contacted Robinson and Son Construction in Weirton. <br /> <br /> They promptly called me back, came to give the estimate and scheduled the repairs in a timely manner. In the meantime we had some electrical problems in our living room. Some of the outlets went out. When they came to do the drywall repairs I mentioned the electrical problems and the supervisor told me they could do that work also while they were here if I wanted them to. They replaced some breakers, ran some new wiring, and replaced some outlets. I am glad I mentioned the electrical problems and glad they could do that work also as it was a matter of safety. They did both jobs in two days. They were neat, professional, and efficient."

"Everything went super Remodeling Xperts addressed every concern professionally .We had and issue with the island in the kitchen that was installed on top of the existing flooring . The Island was wired electrically and so forth . Remodeling Xperts did a great job of working around this problem with quality, professional results. <br /> The only other issue was Lumber Liquidators while they had all the flooring available they did not have the necessary transition molding. this caused about a week delay while they got this molding in and caused Remolding Xperts and extra trip to do the final finish molding . They came by on a weekend morning to finish the job ... Thank you REMODELING  EXPERTS . <br /> DO's .... Be sure the Flooring supplier has ALL the stuff needed to do the job. I had talked to them prior to starting the project and they assured me the would have the flooring . I would have thought they would ask me if I needed any molding"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in East-springfield, OH

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
