"Reliable, Honest hard working. Quality project from carpentry to power washing the house."

"Professional and Honest! Two ideal traits wanted in a Contractor along with reasonable prices! We had a recessed wall that would only fit a small tv. The best solution was to close off the space. Aleta framed out, relocated outlets and drywalled for a seamless look. After the job was complete they cleaned up and didnâ t leave a mess. Now we can upgrade our tv, mount it to the wall without that dreaded recessed wall. The whole process from estimation to completion was zero headaches. Highly recommend!"

"The work took longer than expected but the craftsmanship is superior."

"I called for a quote to get some siding repaired on our home, I live in Florida and manage this property from there, they said they would pass by sometime next week since it was vacant they could go by anytime. Then 4 days later they called to cancel to say they won't give estimates unless someone is there to meet them. I said OK someone will be in NY Thursday to meet them and they said they don't have anything available. They do not seem very dependable, good thing I never hired them."

"Overall Kevin’s team provided a good quality completed basement. It took longer than what we initially expected but the results were great. We were able to enjoy our new space during the holidays as well as other family get togethers. We recently had a small issue with a step that was part of the work. Kevin had someone come out and the repair was done within a couple of days. It was great that the works guaranteed!"

"Great hassle free very reliable willing to work with the customer. There is nothing he can't fix"

"Beaver’s Building and Construction did a wonderful job making repairs to our stair’s railing. Our stairs have a unique contemporary design, and they were able to adhere to that design while making the stairs safe. They were responsive at all times and thoughtful in how they approached the work. We appreciate them working on our home!"

"They were great.and They were on time ."

"Overall I would give the provider an adequate mark on the entire project now that the repairs to the original work are done.
I was glad that they did not even attempt to charge any more money to complete what I felt I had already paid for.
I would consider using this provider again.  I would also make sure that  the original contract was completed in detail with what I exactly expected to be done for the quoted price.
Alick Smith does have a year's warranty on the work they do on your home. That was what saved us on this project.  If they only warrantied their work for 30 days I do not believe I would be reporting this positive outcome.
