"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."
