"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"Wow! Called me 10 minutes after I posted busted water pipe inside the wall. Onsite within 2 hrs. Both Randy & Chris came. Randy talked us through everything needed. Chris didnt talk so much but got right to work and finished quickly. Chris gave us tips for maintenance we could do to prevent a future call for this issue. "I would absolutely hire Ethan again. We had high water bills...he responded to my text request quickly. First ..he came when at the day n scheduled time! He was respectful of property, very polite. Second he assessed needs n estimated costs. Third. Sent text with estimate details..leaving us to make our own decision. Fourth. Completed work on the day he scheduled. Very clean, efficient. He changed out commodes/ fixed commode parts/ fixed be bathtub stop/ new kitchen faucet/installed a dishwasher. He is extremely reasonably priced n accommodating. I'm choosing NOT to send pic of our commodes( I'm not sure it's appropriate) But everything was done methodically...respecting our opinion n our home. He will be out GO TO plumber!"

"This company is good for electrical and some plumbing. When I hired them to do other work, there were costly problems. Also a lot of confusion about the price. It always ends up higher than the original quote because it takes longer than they expected or they need extra supplies. They also encourage you to buy a new system because **what you have is junk** instead of fixing the problem."

"I found this plumber on Angie's list from my mother-in-law who lives in McKeesport and is moving into a new home. The utility tub would not turn off and he was there within the hour once she called. Not only did he fix this immediately, he replaced her shower head, gave her a gas line in to her stove so that she can convert it from electric to gas, fixed something on the water heater, and I think he did some other things as well. The price was extremely reasonable, he was pretty amazing and took a lot off my plate, since I really am not capable of doing these things. You will not be disappointed with this plumber."
