"Excellent. Dave was highly recommended and I also would highly recommend Dave Campbell plumbing and heating. I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house. The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field. Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry. Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely. He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price. The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently. "Very professional, friendly, knows what he's doing. Our sewer main made a mess out of 2 bathrooms & a finished basement. One company wanted over $10,000 to remove everything, dig up the yard & basement, all kinds of unneeded stuff. Anthony charged half that amount, replaced the main and repaired the damage done in the 2 bathrooms & basement. He even came out on a Sunday to work. Snaked all the drains too. I would definitely call on him again, this time to replace our master bathtub with a walk-in shower."

In addition, for an additional $100.00, Homepro will return to make sure that the seller has completed the necessary repairs prior to closing. This feature is useful if you do not trust the seller or selling agent. We did not elect this service, but, it was nice to know that it was available.

"The owners responded to my first request for a price quote immediately.  They both came to the house, checked out the problem, and gave me a quote. They were congenial and prompt, and said the job would begin the next week.  After that communication with the two of them went downhill, which is the reason I gave the overall section a "B" grade and responsiveness a "C"!.  The job was scheduled to start the week after the owners gave me a quote. However, they postponed it until the following week.  I had to rearrange my own schedule to accommodate them. One or the other of them would tell me they would call the next day.  I would wait until the end of that work day and have to end up having to call them!  I was beginning to think they were giving me the run around. The following week they wanted to postpone the job until after Christmas, and  I said absolutely not!  On Wednesday of that week, Mike (who actually does the work along with Tyler) called and asked if they could start the next day.  They showed up on time,  introduced themselves, and described the procedure to me.  They were very thorough, neat, and professional. When the job was finished, they asked me to check it out and see if everything was to my satisfaction.  If I had dealt with them from the beginning, the experience would have been much more pleasant. They are the reason for the "A" grade in quality and professionalism!   My advice to the owners would be to follow through when you tell a customer you will call them. I felt that they were putting me off when I had to continually call them!  I fully expect the owners to "qualify" this statement as they have done with others who have had any complaints about them.

"I choose the "safe track" sump pump system to tackle the efflorescence on my basement walls. Didn't know water could build up in concrete blocks and deteriorate a foundation wall. The system is doing its job, though it is an eye sore. Trying to figure out how to build around it, but still leaving access to sump pump, is a tough task."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
