"I called Garretts around the beginning of Nov. 2013 and asked for an est. on a new furnace after noticing that the burners in my 23yr. old American standard were beginning to look frail. Talked to Mike and requested a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. We made an appointment and Mike showed up on the appointed day at time specified and looked at the furnace and AC and explained which furnace he would recommend and what would be involved in the process of removing the old furnace and install of the new because, some adjustments had to be made for the combustion air and exhaust as my old furnace did not have outside air piping. He quoted the price which I found reasonable and we agreed to set up a date to have this done. On the given date the workers showed up at 9 am and proceed to prep the area around furnace with drop cloths, and within the hour the furnace was removed. This happened to be the coldest day in December and first snowfall but the workers managed to install and have heat in the house by 4pm. The next day they finished the furnace, cleaned up the area , and removed my old AC unit . Both Mike and I agreed to wait for spring to install new Condenser unit outside. I must say the workers were focused and efficient at their craft and polite and courteous and I was very pleased with their work. <br />"

"The job went very well. I contacted Ron Fisher and he came out to give me an estimate within a day or two of me calling him. He called me back with the estimate the  next day and also provided me with a written estimate via email. We had had several other concrete repair companies come out to look at the job. Some wanted to try to do do the repair without replacing the concrete blocks which were crumbling, and others wanted to tear the entire porch down and replace the whole thing. Ron's proposal for repairing and replacing the  concrete blocks, as well as sealing all of the cracks so that future water damage would be prevented seemed like the most reasonable proposal, and it was also the most cost effective. <br /> He came out the  following week with his crew and they completed the entire job within a day. The quality of the work they did was excellent, and the porch looks great. I would not hesitate to use Fisher Masonry Contracting again for any future work, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs masonry work done. <br />"

"I have had Antonio and his wife once every other week since about October, 2023, and it has been going very well. They are very friendly and considerate. On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. Truthfully, my house is not real messy (only me and my husband) but they always do a thorough job throughout the entire house. There are 4 BR, 3.5 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, gameroom, and laundry room. Last week they cleaned one of my kitchen cabinets and washed the Waterford crystal inside for a small additional fee. It worked out great because I dreaded doing myself. I do recommend them --- and they are very honest."
