"We're extremely pleased with the work Tom and his team did in our front yard. In short, we had a fairly complex project involving modification of an existing retaining wall in order to build stairs into it, and then constructing two paver walkways to our front door. I got multiple bids for the work. Natural path stood out for two reasons: Tom had vision for the project, anticipating potential issues and solutions that we had not thought of; and he provided drawings (for a fee) in advance of beginning the work. Tom's estimate was competitive with other bids we received - right in the middle, actually. But the work Tom proposed and executed was much higher quality than what was proposed in the other bids. That Tom's quote was competitive with the other bids was actually quite surprising to me. Perhaps the thing that stood out most about this project was that Tom took substantial time to talk with me (several times) to really get a feel for what I had in mind. Then he added several possibilities to my own vision, creating a project that was way better than what I originally envisioned. In addition, Tom's team was outstanding: Adam and Justin were extremely pleasant to have in our yard. They were considerate, friendly, they cleaned up every day, they worked hard, and they did REALLY good work. Finally, the finished project itself looks fantastic. We just love how it came out.
