The service was impeccable! However, the weekend rates are expensive the service cost me $699 for installation of a $70 part. The 2-hour service call was $500 ($249 per hour)."

His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable. Although he needed to work longer to accommodate all my requests, he was kind and patient and did not make me feel guilty for adding extra work, although I felt bad that he had a very long work day! If you are looking for courteous, reliable,and professional service this is the company to choose!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He performed the job, it seemed well, and answered my questions. However, later when the HVAC was running, I noticed a large air leak surrounding the UV unit that was installed.  It was firmly installed but was not sealed tight. Using putty and aluminum duct tape, I fixed the leakage.
