"My dryer was making a screeching noise, I called Anytime Appliance and Joe was available to come over same afternoon.  He arrived promptly on time, took the dryer apart, explained the problem and called to get prices for the parts. He explained which parts were necessary to replace, and showed me the parts that were worn and the cost of each.  We negotiated the repairs and installation fee and he left to purchase the parts.  On return he replaced the parts and then vacummed all internal surfaces. He was very professional. He also noticed a broken knob on my washer and said he would call me if he came across one.  The next day he called to say he found one and would stop by to replace my knob at my convenience.  I was very impressed with his service and his follow up call. Will definately call him again for any other issues and have already recommended him to a work associate!!
