He cleaned up immaculately every day and took extreme care with house owner belongings. For instance, when moving around the house, he made sure his tools and work were clear of property. "the representative that came to my home to do the initial assessment was informative and was not "pushy".  It really bothers me when a salesman tells me what I need and not the other way around. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I paid half up front and the other half on completion. I setup the installation date with the expectation that they would arrive between noon and 4pm. They called me around 1230 to relay they were on their way. Showed up as expected and completed the job by 4. It was really helpful when David recommended replacing the surrounding framing on another window to keep the color flow to the front of the house and it really looked great. It only cost me another 20 dollars. They cleaned up and  were on their way. I will use them again to replace a sliding door down the road. FYI, I had 3 other windows replaced by Sears 2 years ago and these were the very same windows and cost me half the amount.

"This review is a long time coming, but it does give me perspective since we have been living with these changes for a while now.The first project was started in late 2013 and finished in  January 2014. It consisted of moving the laundry room to the second floor of our home. The master bedroom is adjoined to the fourth bedroom where we decided to enlarge that room's closet for our washer and dryer, closer to all our bedrooms. The original laundry room was converted to a pantry. The other part of this project was enlarging our master bedroom walk-in closet. It was very narrow and divided into two areas by a wall and door. Young Remodeling managed the project well and had excellent contractors. They provided excellent quality  workmanship in all aspects of the project including extending hardwood flooring into the pantry, tiling the new laundry room floor, installing bi-fold doors, refinishing the ceilings and painting the walls and trim, building the pantry shelves, rerouting electrical and water services to the new laundry location and more. Total cost was about $25,000.
The second project was the kitchen remodel. This project was suppose to start in August 2014, the cabinetry had been received and they were ready to start demolition when a medical issue arose that meant we had to postpone the project. Young was very gracious to hold our new cabinetry in storage until we could restart the project in April, 2015. We had a new kitchen by the end of May. The project consisted of a radically different layout. We worked with Young's designer to come up with a great plan.They provided lots of drawings and paid attention to details to optimize our new kitchen. All of the cabinets were replaced and Young installed all of our new appliances. They re-stained the hardwood floor that extends into our family room. They rewired the kitchen and moved the canned light fixtures to better meet the needs of the new layout and installed our new pendant light fixtures over our new island. They refinished our ceiling, painted and the trim and walls. They figured out the best way to vent the new cook top from it's new location.They installed the new granite counter tops, the new exterior door and a large window. In the family room, in addition to re-staining the hardwood floor, they painted the walls and trim, refinished the ceiling and replace our original wood mantle with a stone mantle. The quality of their work was again outstanding. Both Jenny in the office and Rex in the field were very easy to work with. Rex came back recently(September) and fixed a cabinet problem and converted our pantry shelves from adjustable to fixed, for heavier loading at no charge! Total cost was about $60,000. This did not include the new appliances, window, sink and faucet or pendant light fixtures.
So, now over a 1 1/2 years from the first project and 4 months since the kitchen remodel... we love it all and wouldn't change a thing! We are now working on a list of changes we want to make in other parts of or house and Young Remodeling will be our first choice.

"Overall I think they did a good job; however, they broke a medicine cabinet while trying to put it in and left it up to us to get it fixed.  The cabinet wasn't approved by us either, I didn't like it and would have kept our old one or chose something different.  They suggested that one of their crew members could make a replacement cabinet, it doesn't look professional at all and we had to pay for that ourselves.  There is a place in our onyx where the caulking wasn't applied very well.  The owner came out to attempt to fix it but it still doesn't look exactly right. They left some paint off the door and had to fix that. The electricity wasn't hooked up properly so someone had to come back out to fix that.  The bathroom looks good other than the caulking on the onyx and the medicine cabinet...it looks cheap.  They did a great job on the tile.  Anytime we had an issue, the owner would come out.  They did something no other contractor would do without charging and that was set our toilet back each night.  They did get the job done in a week where all other contractors stated it would take a week and a half.  We would possibly use them again in the future."

"Brad did a great job. The rockers look great and he assembled them quickly and efficiently. The back door will not close sufficiently for the deadbolt to engage. It turned out that the weather stripping the previous handyman had installed was keeping the door from closing the way it should. So he got that repaired and now it closes smoothly and the deadbolt locks without any difficulty. He also repaired the front door. The striking plate for the deadbolt lock on that door was missing a screw at the bottom and he quickly provided a screw and installed it so now that the striking plate is firmly in place. At the end of the job, he took the packing materials for the rocking chairs with him for disposal and made sure that everything was cleaned up. Brad does a fantastic job at whatever I ask him to do. He charges a fair price. It is difficult to find handyman these days who are as reliable, professional, and expert as Brad. I feel so fortunate to have found him and I hope I can keep using him as a handyman for many years to come. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who has odd jobs around their house that need to be done, of any type."

"Classic Concrete was great to work with.  They cooperated well with the plumber that was installing the drains.  The finished floor is beautiful and just what we asked for.  They showed up when they said they would and finished as promised.  John was also good to make last minute changes without complaint."
