"Anthony was very friendly and professional and even called to say he was going to be 10-15 minutes late because he was caught in traffic. He took a look at the faucet we had and discovered that we actually had a leak in the pipe inside the house that fed the outdoor faucet. He fixed the portion of the pipe that had split and installed the faucet - but he did not charge us for the extra labor and parts for fixing the pipe that had split - even after we insisted. "I called Richard and sent him a picture of the problem. He said they could repair the wall and they did! He and his assistant were very professional. They repaired the wall and cleaned everything up afterwards, in their words "they want to leave the area looking better than when they found it" and again they did! "I wasn't as pleased. I guess I got what I paid for but after we had them come out, we had a lot of remodelers come out and give us the same service for free when they were bidding on the remodeling. They were polite and courteous. I guess if I would have done my homework before and maybe called them and said we're thinking about having a remodel, could you come out and give us a written bid, they might have come out for free too."

"We purchased an Angie's List coupon, 4 hours of handyman labor for $99,00.  A company rep called promptly and we scheduled a time for the person to come out and look at some minor deck repair that we needed. The rep found other items that he felt were more important. We said that we would consider the other items but wanted a bid for the work we requested. g post to one of the railing. We opted not to have those services performed as the bid seemed high and we could do that work ourselves. Also, it was difficult to tell on the bid if the 4 hours of labor that we paid for in advance had been accounted for.



But, we kept working with the company and ended up having them replace a door and replace some boards on the exterior of the house. The bid for this work was also vague with regards to the 4 hours of labor that we paid for so I'm not sure how that was worked into the cost.



Also, my husband had to contact the company repeatedly to get the work we decided on scheduled. However, once the work was completed, we were very pleased as the individuals that performed the work did an excellent job and we believe that the work was done at a very reasonable price.



So, the biggest problem was getting the work scheduled and dealing with an unclear bid. If you can work through those issues, the work itself is great which to us is the most important consideration.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
