"We had a severely clogged main drain in a very old house.   A previous plumber had snaked the drain, but said that the pipe was broken.  Said basement floor would need to be jackhammered and pipe replaced.  Gave estimate of $2000.  Pipe re-clogged soon after the snaking.  Another plumber gave an estimate of $1200 to replace pipe.  After the 2nd plumber cancelled several appointments to start work we called Lutz for an estimate.  They gave written  "best case" and "worst case" estimates, ranging from rootering to tearing up floor and replacing main line.  Came back to perform work.  Advised pipe was not broken, just had a major grease build-up..  Snaked line, then used hydro-jet to clear completely.    <br />      Pipes appear to be running smoothly now.   We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. <br /> <br />"

"It went great!  I woke up early in the morning to find water coming in my basement.  I quickly turned off the main water supply.  Standing in about 1/2 inch of water, I didn't know what to do.  I put a call into Morgan Miller - they had someone out there by 8 am to assess the situation.  I had no idea at the time what had caused the water problem.   <br /> Alex determined it was a broken sprinkler pipe, caused by too much water pressure from the main line.  He installed a pressure relief valve to fix the problem.  He was very good about explaining exactly what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He checked for any additional leaks, but did not find any. <br /> I have used Morgan Miller in the past, and plan to continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.  They offer great customer service at reasonable prices.  They even follow up every visit with a hand written thank you note!  How many companies do that any more? <br /> <br />"
