"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"I am in the process of selling my home and needed a septic inspection.  The entire staff of Honey Wagon was a pleasure to work with.  They came out to locate my tank the first time and were unable to find it.  They recommended calling in a company to locate it by going into the pipe from the inside.  They made all of the arrangements to get someone here within a day or two.  once the tank was located, Clint, the senior technician,  and Andrew came back out to dig down to the lid.  Unfortunately, it was partially under my deck, but they were able to get to it without having to take apart my deck or dig up any landscaping!  They did a fantastic job!!!  I was very impressed with their professionalism and attitude.  It was a pleasure doing business with them!! <br /> All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out.  Lisa arranged to get someone out to the house to help locate the tank, and worked with me to coordinate the pumping so that it could be done when the county inspector could be here.  The owner even came out to look at a spot that was left on my driveway (something had leaked out of the truck!)  He took care of it right away.   <br /> I would definitely recommend Honey Wagon to anyone needing septic services!! <br />"

"The floor drain backed up on Sunday evening, and we called Lutz Plumbing Monday morning at 8 AM. The dispatcher was helpful and polite. It turned out that one of their plumbers did not yet have a morning appointment, so she was able to send him right away. He arrived within 30 minutes. <br /> The plumber diagnosed the problem, narrowing it down to a drain branch upstream of the main sewer line, one that handles just the kitchen sink, the washing machine, and the basement floor drain that was backing up. He cleared the line and verified that everything was draining properly, including all toilets in the house. <br /> This is the first time we had used Lutz Plumbing, and we were very pleased. After the application of Angie's List coupons, the price was more than competitive with other drain service calls we have had in the past. (The approximate price listed above was before coupons.) The plumber was competent, polite, and left the area as clean as he found it. <br />"

"It went great!  I woke up early in the morning to find water coming in my basement.  I quickly turned off the main water supply.  Standing in about 1/2 inch of water, I didn't know what to do.  I put a call into Morgan Miller - they had someone out there by 8 am to assess the situation.  I had no idea at the time what had caused the water problem.   <br /> Alex determined it was a broken sprinkler pipe, caused by too much water pressure from the main line.  He installed a pressure relief valve to fix the problem.  He was very good about explaining exactly what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He checked for any additional leaks, but did not find any. <br /> I have used Morgan Miller in the past, and plan to continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.  They offer great customer service at reasonable prices.  They even follow up every visit with a hand written thank you note!  How many companies do that any more? <br /> <br />"
