"

Very professional and efficient.   Large crew that got the job done in one day as opposed to a  majority of my neighbors who had to put up with multiple day installations.

They took care in identifying delicate areas such as the pergola and patio furniture protecting them with a tarp.

Cleanup was great and there was no telltale trace of such a large project having taken place.

Finally the price was almost 25% less than some of the other quotes.   I was not sure if there was going to be extensive charges for additional plywood but everything was covered under the original quote.  There was no attempt to upsell or any deceptive pricing.

All in all a great job!

"Great service from sales, front office and the installers. Very responsive and customer oriented. Price competitive with local vendors. Lots of compliments from our neighbors."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"Very talented, respectful to me and his workers. I feel I received great service and value for the price of this project. Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. I gave a referral to my friend and she used Mark to tile her shower, hang shower doors and install new vanity top. She too was completely satisfied."

"When they manufactured my first cover they got it wrong, but when I called them about it, they quickly reacted and got me the right one.  They were nice about it, no hassles or anything.   The work they did turned out excellent.  I'd say they do good work; they make a mistake, they fix it. "

"Mark did a good job of verifying if a mortgage could be obtained and what we qualified for.
Definitely would use again.

"3rd time using their services. Full roof replacement 12 years ago, outstanding work and left the area spotless, then 9 years ago, after a tree fell on the house they were here immediately after the tree was cleared and fixed the damaged areas. Could not see the difference between old and new. Then after the winters freeze and thaw and then high winds, some of our roof cap blew off. They were able to reattach most and then matched any replacement pieces. Jeff is always pleasant to work with. Courteous and very responsive."

"Very well!! Leak is fixed so far. No heavy rain to test the fix"
