She is extremely personable, consoling about the owners loss & truly cares. They quickly started boxing up belongings that were not damaged. She was meticulous packing the items then labeling the boxes with items in it & from which room. They followed up with removing all the wet & damaged things including gutting rooms. If ever she was going to be late or needed to enter the home unexpectedly she informed us. Even after they were finished she checks in to see if everything is ok, where the restoration stands, if there is anything they can do for us. I highly recommend this company without a doubt"
